Job summary

Hafod is seeking a Project Night Worker in Cardiff to provide weekend night cover for young people in supported accommodation. You will deliver compassionate, person-centred support and help create a safe, stable living environment where residents can feel secure and live more independently.

The role is 25 hours per week, on-site, covering Saturday and Sunday evenings, with training and development opportunities within Hafod’s Support services.

Project Night Worker

Make a real impact every day as a Project Night Worker at Hafod.

We’re looking for compassionate, person-centred and resourceful people to join our team. You’ll assist in the provision of a full range of support services to Young People with complex needs within a Supported Housing Project.

This role is 25 hours per week covering Saturday and Sunday evenings.
