We are currently recruiting for a Night Support Worker to join a supported accommodation service in Cardiff, supporting young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting vulnerable young people and helping them move towards greater stability, independence and wellbeing.
As a Night Support Worker, you will provide overnight support to young people living within the service. You will help maintain a safe and positive environment, provide reassurance and support throughout the night, and respond appropriately to any issues that arise.
You will be working independently overnight, so confidence, reliability and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations are essential.
