Job summary

Complete Facility Services Limited is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team working across Cambridge, Essex, and South London sites including retirement villages.

You will perform non-technical repairs and planned preventive maintenance, assist in planned and reactive electrical and mechanical works, and ensure paperwork is completed accurately within timescales. A company van is provided with personal use.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical technical ability; training provided to bridge gaps with supplier training.
• Previous experience in building maintenance within a commercial/retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist other Engineers with any major or minor maintenance work.
• Complete all necessary PPM's and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and as required.
• Responding promptly and positively to service call requests and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as necessary.
• Prioritising and completing minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.
• Ensuring all tools and equipment necessary to complete minor maintenance and repairs are available and serviceable at all times.

We are on the lookout for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the U.K's leading retirement villages.

The role will involve carrying out non-technical repairs and minor PPM&'s. You will also assist in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, electrical, and mechanical plant works at various sites within Cambridge, Essex and South London.

• £26-30k Dependant on experience.
• A fully expensed company van with personal use.
• Specialised Tools, Uniform and PPE provided.
• Travel time paid after half hour each way
