Job summary

MobileMaintenance Engineer role in London and surrounding areas. We are seeking experienced maintenance engineers to join an established building services company working on long-term commercial contracts across London and the surrounding areas.

The role involves carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance and fault finding across commercial buildings, maintaining AHUs, FCUs and general HVAC systems, electrical basics, plumbing repairs, and general building fabric maintenance.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial building maintenance experience.
• Good knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems.
• F-Gas is essential due to HVAC maintenance involved.
• Multi-skilled engineers with a strong, stable maintenance background will be considered.
• Full UK driving licence required for the mobile position.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPMs, reactive maintenance and fault finding across commercial buildings.
• Maintain AHUs, FCUs and general HVAC systems.
• Basic electrical maintenance including emergency lighting, switches, motors and smoke alarms.
• Plumbing repairs including leaks, blockages, taps and water temperature checks.
• General building and fabric maintenance.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs across a range of building services.

Salary:Up to £50,000 DOE
Hours:Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm

The Role
