Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Freelance Site Manager to lead commercial and civils projects in Cumbria and the North. You will report to the Project Manager, maintain H&S standards, monitor progress, and coordinate with design teams and client representatives.

Regular client liaison and support for commissioning and handovers are included. Applicants should have 4+ years as a Site Manager in relevant sectors, hold a UK driving licence, and have access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Manager position.
• Experience as a Site Manager in commercial and civils.
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
