Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a long-term project in Worthing, West Sussex. You will own day-to-day site operations, ensure safety, compliance and progress from day one, and coordinate subcontractors and site activities.

The role requires proven Site Manager experience, RAMS/CDM/H&S knowledge, and the ability to manage documentation, progress and compliance within contracts and regulations. Immediate start for a long-term freelance engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Strong knowledge of RAMS, CDM and H&S.
• Experience managing site documentation, progress and compliance.
• Good understanding of construction contracts and regulations.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage the site independently and take responsibility.
• Relevant Site Management qualifications and CSCS.

We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a long-term project in Worthing, West Sussex.

This is a hands-on Site Manager role for someone confident taking ownership of site operations, compliance, safety and progress from day one.

The Role

You will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme, contractual and regulatory requirements.
