Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Manchester seeks a Freelance Fitout Site Manager to oversee shop fit-out projects. You will report to the Project Manager, monitor progress on site, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with design teams, consultants and client representatives, chairing daily meetings, recording progress, and supporting commissioning and final handovers. A UK driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience on commercial fitout projects.
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid required.
• 5+ years in a Site Manager role; UK driving license.

What you'll do as a Freelance Fitout Site Manager:

• Oversee fitout project on shop fit out
• Report directly to the Project Manager
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
• Support commissioning and final handovers

Duties of a Freelance Fitout Site Manager include but are not limited to:

• Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
• Record onsite progress and lookaheads
• Follow H&S guidelines

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Experience working on commercial fitout projects
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
• UK driving license and access to own vehicle
