Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Manchester is seeking a Freelance Site Manager to oversee upcoming commercial fitout and refurbishment projects. You will report to the Project Manager, lead on-site teams, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards while coordinating with design teams and client representatives.

The role requires 4+ years as a Site Manager in commercial environments, a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Site Manager in commercial projects.

• Knowledge of health and safety standards on active construction sites.

Responsibilities
