Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a long-term project in Worthing, West Sussex. The role covers hands-on site leadership, safety and progress from day one, with immediate start.

You will manage day-to-day operations, RAMS, CDM compliance and coordinate subcontractors while ensuring regulatory and contractual requirements are met across the site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Strong knowledge of RAMS, CDM and H&S.
• Experience managing site documentation, progress and compliance.

Responsibilities

FREELANCE SITE MANAGER - WORTHING

£300-£375 PER DAY CIS | LONG-TERM CONTRACT | IMMEDIATE START

We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a long-term project in Worthing, West Sussex.

Start date: 7 September 2026

This is a hands-on Site Manager role for someone confident taking ownership of site operations, compliance, safety and progress from day one.

The Role

You will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme, contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full day-to-day site management
• Preparing, reviewing and managing RAMS
