Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Freelance Site Manager for upcoming commercial fitout and refurbishment projects in Lancaster. You will report to the Project Manager, maintain H&S standards, and coordinate with design teams, consultants and client representatives throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 4+ years in site management within commercial sectors, CSCS/SMSTS, First Aid, asbestos awareness, Fire Marshal certifications, and a valid UK driving licence with access to a

• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position
