Job summary

Maryfield West Care Home, part of BELSIZE HEALTHCARE LIMITED, Aberdeen, is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and wellbeing in our Nursing, Residential and Dementia care setting.

You will follow care plans, work with a supportive team, and develop through full training and ongoing development. The role offers bank hours, a caring environment, and opportunities to grow with the team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Located in the prestigious West End of Aberdeen City, our care home provides the highest standards of Nursing, Residential and Dementia Care for 25-residents.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.60 per hour
• Contracted to Bank hours per week
• Paid PVG, uniform provided

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
