Care Concern Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for Westerton Care Home in the United Kingdom. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting daily living, nutrition, mobility and emotional wellbeing in a caring, respectful environment.
This role welcomes both experienced carers and newcomers, with full training, guidance and ongoing development. The position offers a weekly schedule with up to 44 hours and 5.6 weeks of annual leave.
Our modern care home provides the highest quality of Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care for 106-residents.
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
