CARE CONCERN GROUP LIMITED in Scotland (Dunoon) is seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred support for residents. The role involves helping with daily living, personal care, mobility and wellbeing, in a small care home setting.
The position offers flexible hours, with shift times from 08:00 to 20:00, and includes PVG pension, a uniform, and generous annual leave. Training and development are provided to support career growth.
Our care home sits in its own grounds with scenic views over the sea, woodland, and gardens, specialising in residential care for 32-residents.
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
