Altogether Care is seeking Reablement Workers across South Devon to provide reablement support in clients' own homes, helping them regain independence and confidence. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and a permanent contract, with full induction and ongoing training to support career development.

Shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends with some weekend work required. A Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, and mileage allowances apply.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence & access to own vehicle.
• Energetic, compassionate and customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to train and work across the community in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide reablement support in clients' own homes to regain independence.
• Work with families and professionals to enable goals and daily living skills.
• Support daily living activities with dignity, choice and control.
• Monitor progress and report outcomes, safeguarding as required.
• Maintain accurate records using mobile technology.
