Altogether Care is hiring Reablement Workers in Newton Abbot and across South Devon. Join our trusted, family-run care team to support clients in their own homes, helping them regain independence and confidence.

We offer competitive pay (£13.80–£14.30 per hour), a permanent contract, full induction, training, mileage allowance, and wellbeing benefits. Driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred; weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Caring, proactive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Ability to drive and work flexibly across the community in people’s own homes.
• Full training provided; experience welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Help clients regain independence and confidence in daily living at home.
• Support clients with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Monitor progress and report outcomes; maintain accurate records on the mobile care app.
