Altogether Care is hiring Reablement Workers across North Devon. In this role you will help clients regain independence in their own homes, working closely with families and other professionals. We offer induction, training, progression, and a supportive team environment.

Role requires a Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle, with shifts across mornings, evenings, and weekends. Competitive pay and a welcome bonus are included.

Qualifications

• As a Reablement Worker you should have a caring, proactive attitude and the ability to drive across the community.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is required.
• Experience in reablement or care is welcome but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients in their own homes to help regain independence and confidence.
• Set meaningful goals with clients and support them to achieve daily living skills.
• Provide physical and emotional support, encouraging participation in activities.
• Maintain accurate records and use mobile technology to log progress.
