Job summary

Retain Healthcare Ltd is seeking a Reablement Care Coordinator in Cheltenham to ensure smooth running of the CQC regulated branch, maintain its reputation, and pursue new opportunities while following policy and local guidelines.

You will support the care and coordinating team, drive KPIs, recruit staff, expand client packages, and grow the private funding base. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong IT and MS Office skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the branch grows and develops its homecare service.
• Work with the Registered Manager to drive team and KPIs.
• Create travel-efficient rotas and maintain high-quality service.
• Match staff to client requirements and manage rosters.
• Report safeguarding concerns to Branch Manager.
• Attend training and complete learning logs for service improvement.
• Approve holidays and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Monitor sickness and attendance to meet standards.
• Ensure person-centred support plans and risk assessments are written and reviewed.
