Job summary

PE Global Care Connect is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our Cumbria-based team in a full-time permanent role. The position focuses on growing care hours, coordinating rosters, and ensuring efficient client and carer management within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in a similar care role, a strong understanding of CQC standards, and experience with recruitment tools and ATS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a care-role or similar
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and best practice
• Experience with recruitment tools and ATS systems
• Proficient IT skills and experience with OneTouch
• Proven leadership and workforce growth experience
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Grow hours by managing new package requests and expand in your area.
• Upload carer rosters and client templates; oversee rotas.
• Monitor client care calls, including missed/late calls.
• Process new client referrals; manage documentation for clients and staff.
• Complete daily timesheets and perform administrative duties.
• Recruit care staff across multiple locations in the UK.
• Collaborate with Operations Team to align region goals.
• Build external stakeholder relationships to maximise business.
