Job summary

Retain Healthcare Ltd in Cheltenham is seeking a Care Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of our CQC-regulated branch, coordinating care and staff to deliver high-quality homecare services.

You will work with the Registered Manager to drive KPIs, recruit staff, grow client packages, and develop our private funding base while maintaining person-centered care plans and robust risk assessments.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent preferred.
• Full UK driving license is required.
• Strong system proficiency and local area knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage rosters and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Grow the branch's homecare service and client packages.
• Work with Registered Manager to meet weekly KPIs.
• Create rostas and ensure consistent high-quality service.
• Record safeguarding concerns and maintain staffing levels.
• Maintain person-centered support plans and risk assessments.
