Job summary

Rail Gourmet UK is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant for TransPennine Express (TPE) at Manchester Stores. The role offers an hourly pay rate of £13.65 with a 39-hour week, full-time shifts, and weekend coverage.

Key duties include operating platform trucks, loading and unloading catering equipment, stock assembly and control, and strict adherence to Health & Safety/Food Hygiene regulations. DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years or older due to certain responsibilities within the role.

Responsibilities

• Operating platform trucks for train-side deliveries (Full training provided).
• Loading/offloading catering equipment/stock from TPE trains.
• Order assembly and stock control.
• Comply with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.
