Rail Gourmet UK is hiring a Customer Service Assistant in Manchester Stores to support TransPennine Express (TPE) on onboard catering services. The role pays £13.65 per hour for a 39-hour week with rotational shifts from 4:15am to 12:00am, including weekends, and requires applicants to be 18 or older and willing to undergo a DBS check.

AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT YOU’LL:

• Operating platform trucks for train-side deliveries (Full training provided).
• Loading/offloading catering equipment/stock from TPE trains.
• Order assembly and stock control.
• Comply with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.
