Ferrovial Construction is recruiting for a Construction Manager to lead railheads and track installation on the HS2 programme, based in Birmingham with full‑time site attendance. You will oversee delivery across Lot 3, coordinating Agents, engineers and subcontractors to meet programme, cost, quality and safety targets.

You will drive planning, manage logistics, review productivity and ensure interfaces with railheads and logistics operate smoothly.

Competenze

Proven experience delivering major rail infrastructure or complex civil engineering projects.
Experience leading multi‑discipline construction teams and subcontractors.
Strong programme and productivity management capabilities.
Good commercial awareness and understanding of NEC contracts.

Oversee delivery across the assigned section of Lot 3, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of railhead infrastructure and track installation.
Lead Agents, Section Engineers, construction teams and subcontractors to turn objectives into delivery plans.
Drive short and medium‑term delivery planning including labour, plant, materials and access.
Monitor productivity and implement improvements to achieve programme, cost, quality and safety targets.
Manage interfaces between railheads, logistics, track installation and adjacent contracts.
Coordinate materials and logistics, including rail, slab track components and relay units.
Lead delivery coordination meetings and escalate significant issues to the Project Manager.
Support cost reviews, forecasting and assessment of design changes and variations.
