Job summary

Ferrovial Construction (UK) Limited is seeking a Project Manager for Railheads & Track Installation focused on delivering a major rail infrastructure package. The role requires leadership from mobilisation through handover, with accountability for safety, schedule, cost and quality across Birmingham Lot 3 operations.

You will coordinate design, procurement, construction and testing activities, supervise subcontractors, and interface with HS2 and delivery partners to ensure compliant, on-time

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major rail infrastructure projects.
• Protective of safety, programme, cost and quality targets.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of railhead infrastructure and track installation from mobilisation to handover.
• Develop and maintain the integrated project programme.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers; procurement and mobilisation.
• Ensure compliance with HS2 standards, CDM and JV procedures.
• Interface management across design, procurement, construction and testing.
• Lead risk, change, and commercial management.
