Job summary

Ferrovial Construction (UK) Limited is seeking an Agent for Railheads & Track Installation to lead safe, on-programme delivery of railhead infrastructure and track construction across the designated Lot. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage interfaces with civil works and railway systems contractors, and ensure works meet HS2 standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering major rail infrastructure and track construction.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction teams and interfaces.
Strong knowledge of track construction methods and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the safe and efficient delivery of railhead infrastructure and track construction.
Manage site activities, teams, subcontractors, plant, materials and resources.
Monitor progress and implement mitigation plans to maintain programme.
Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes and access plans.
Coordinate interfaces between railhead development, logistics, and civil works.
Liaise with HS2, designers, suppliers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
