Job summary

Ferrovial Construction, part of the FBJV with BAM Nuttall, seeks a Project Manager for Railheads & Track Installation in Birmingham Lot 3. You will drive safe delivery, coordinate design, procurement, and field teams to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.

Based in Birmingham, this full-time role requires attendance at JV offices and regular site presence to support delivery and stakeholder engagement with HS2 and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.
• Proven track record delivering railhead/track installation projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, cost-effective delivery of railhead infrastructure and track installation.
• Define and maintain the project execution strategy and plan.
• Manage resources, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate across design, procurement, construction, and testing.
• Ensure compliance with HS2 standards and JV procedures.
• Act as primary interface with HS2, suppliers, and partners.
