Ferrovial is seeking an Agent (Railheads & Track Installation) to lead safe, on-time delivery of railhead infrastructure across HS2 projects from mobilization to handover. You will manage construction teams, subcontractors and interfaces with civil works and railway systems to meet programme, quality and budget targets.

Based at JV offices in Birmingham, this full-time role requires strong leadership, planning, and knowledge of track construction methods, logistics and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering major rail infrastructure projects.
• Experience with track construction methods and railhead work.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Lead safe delivery of railhead infrastructure and track construction.
• Coordinate construction teams, subcontractors and logistics.
• Ensure works meet HS2 requirements, schedule and budget.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover.
