Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland, a leading rail and infrastructure contractor, is recruiting a Rail Systems Lead Design Manager for the HS2 Track infrastructure program. You will lead systems integration, coordinate interfaces between track systems and partners, and guide design governance across alliance teams.

Based in the UK, you will manage spatial coordination and technical assurance while promoting Health and Safety in Design.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Chartered Engineer status or active pursuit is expected.
• Membership in ICE/IMechE/IET desirable.

Responsibilities

• Systems Integration & Design management across rail systems.
• Coordinate interfaces between track systems and alliance partners.
• Support integration of multidisciplinary design deliverables.
• Facilitate design interface issue resolution and governance.
