Carlisle Support Services is seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our security team at Merseyrail locations. The Rail Security Enforcement Officer role offers full training, a clear progression path, and the support of a national brand.

You will be responsible for maintaining safety, providing a visible security presence, enforcing Byelaw and penalty fare initiatives, and responding to incidents with professionalism and good judgment.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence
• 5 years checkable work and address history
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance
• Friendly, approachable, and professional
• Experience in security or customer-facing role advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Ensure colleague safety and provide a secure environment
• Maintain a smart, visible security presence and deterrence
• Enforce Byelaw and Penalty Fare initiatives as directed
• Respond to and manage security incidents per company standards
• Practice effective conflict management and incident control
• Conduct patrols and manage access/egress to deter crime
• Engage with the public professionally and assist customers as first point of contact
• Follow safety and security processes and work as part of a team
