First Travel Solutions is seeking a Rail Replacement Coordinator in the Surrey area. The role focuses on supervising and coordinating rail replacement bus, events and coach services, while ensuring passenger safety and excellent customer service.

You will work on an annualised hours contract with weekend shifts, providing support and information to travellers. The role is desk-based in coordination but requires on-site presence during rail operations, with a strong emphasis on safety, data

Qualifications

• Experience in the transport industry desirable.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Confident engaging drivers on regulations and PSVAR/PSVAIR.
• Strong communication and approachable manner.
• Able to work weekends and flexible hours.
• This is a safety-critical, physically demanding role (standing up to 12 hours).
