Job summary

Amulet is seeking a Rail Ambassador to supervise staff across multiple railway sites, ensuring smooth operations and strong customer service. You will lead on security incidents, liaise with customers and stakeholders, and oversee rostering, inductions, and training in line with assignment instructions.

The role emphasizes risk assessments, health and safety compliance, and effective incident management, with opportunities for development within an employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence with own vehicle is required.
• Must provide a checkable 5-year history for vetting purposes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day rail operations and staff across sites.
• Lead on security incidents and liaise with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies and risk assessments.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and complete incident reports.
• Manage rostering, inductions, holidays, pay queries and training.
