Job summary

Wynex People Ltd is seeking an experienced Rail Security Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day security across the c2c network in Essex and East London. You will manage security officers and supervisors across multiple stations, ensuring staffing, incident response, and client satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a live rail environment, strong people skills and the ability to travel across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in rail or transport security environments.
• Proven ability to manage security officers and supervisors across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of incident reporting and escalation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations across the c2c network.
• Manage and support security officers and supervisors across locations.
• Ensure adequate staffing, attendance and cover; manage rotas and performance.
• Conduct site visits and maintain a visible presence on the network.
• Respond to incidents and client escalations; ensure proper reporting and follow-up.
