Job summary

Amulet is seeking security officers to patrol railway stations and trains, delivering a high level of customer service while maintaining safety. The role involves on-train and on-station presence, handling incidents and ensuring passenger welfare.

You’ll be part of a dedicated team protecting staff and customers, with shift patterns including nights and weekends, and a strong emphasis on professional conduct and local safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Pro-active, courteous, and professional in a busy public environment.
• Ability to work in a team and independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol stations and onboard trains to maintain safety and security.
• Provide high-visibility customer service and reassurance to passengers.
• Complete daily logs and activity sheets accurately.
• Respond to disruptions and support staff during incidents.
• Enforce Railway Byelaws and safety rules.
• Collaborate with police and client staff as needed.
