You will lead technical teams, oversee designs and bid activity, manage budgets and drive safety across projects, shaping the future of rail infrastructure and passenger

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical team leader, providing advice, guidance and supervision to technical teams, managers, clients and suppliers
• Lead the preparation and checking of designs, calculations, drawings and documentation for scheme deliverables
• Hold responsibility for the commercial success of projects within the portfolio, including budgets and costs of deliverables
• Liaise with client and supplier representatives at peer level and higher, including presenting proposals and attending progress meetings
• Lead preparation of bids and technical/commercial offers
• Drive health and safety practices within the team
