Job summary

c2c Railway Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the Asset & Property team at HQ London. You will provide commercial, financial and contractual expertise across all stages of project delivery, supporting contracts and projects under a 99-year lease framework.

The role involves CVR, LCC, cost control, reporting to senior management, and collaboration with contractors and stakeholders to ensure value for money and governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management.
• Experience in cost management and commercial project delivery.
• Familiarity with contracts such as JCT/NEC or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial management of infrastructure and station projects across the c2c route.
• Undertake detailed measurement and valuation of works, including interim and final accounts.
• Conduct cost analysis including estimation, budgeting, forecasting and life cycle costing.
