Qualifications
Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline.
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, rail, or utilities sectors.
Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contract administration.
Responsibilities
Manage all commercial aspects of projects from tender to final account.
Prepare and submit valuations and change control documentation.
Support project managers with accurate cost forecasting.
