Qualifications

• Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline.
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, rail, or utilities sectors.
• Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of projects from tender to final account.
• Prepare and submit valuations and change control documentation.
• Support project managers with accurate cost forecasting.
