Qualifications
- Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline.
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, rail, or utilities sectors.
- Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contract administration.
Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial aspects of projects from tender to final account.
- Prepare and submit valuations and change control documentation.
- Support project managers with accurate cost forecasting.
