Randstad CPE are seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding commercial team on major infrastructure projects across highways, utilities, rail and civil engineering. You will manage NEC3/NEC4 contracts and lead cost reporting.

With a minimum of six years in infrastructure QS roles, you will drive CVR reporting, cost forecasts and Compensation Events, while coordinating procurement and subcontractor management. A full UK driving licence is required.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of Quantity Surveying experience in infrastructure sectors.
• Proven NEC3/NEC4 contract administration experience.
• Expertise in CVR reporting, cost forecasting and Compensation Events.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management.
• UK driving licence and ability to work on-site on major projects.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee NEC3/NEC4 contracts (Options A, B, C, E).
• Lead monthly cost reporting and CVR processes.
• Administer compensation events and change control.
• Draft/ negotiate subcontracts; manage subcontractor accounts.
• Identify commercial risks and support audits.
