Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for their Southern region on major rail and infrastructure frameworks. You will manage subcontract accounts, prepare financial reports, and help keep projects profitable through cost control.

You'll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Commercial staff, producing forecasts, analysing quotations and valuations, and supporting monthly financial reviews. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• NEC experience is essential.
• Experience in quantity surveying or cost clerk roles.
• Subcontract management experience.
• Exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing subcontractor accounts and cost control.
• Prepare reports and track project finances.
• Monitor risk registers and value variations to keep projects efficient and profitable.
• Support monthly financial reviews and forecast budgets.
