My client seeks an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Commercial Manager to join their London office or to work in a client office on rail projects. You will have experience of quantity surveying and commercial management duties and have either rail experience using NEC contracts or have worked on other infrastructure projects.

You will support the delivery of commercial activities within the delivery teams and you will work alongside the supply chain and contractors to provide cost

Qualifikationen

• Two+ years' quantity surveying experience.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract QS duties.
• NEC contracts experience ideal for rail/infrastructure.

Aufgaben

• Cost variation assessment and reporting.
• Liaise with supply chain and contractors.
• Support delivery teams with commercial activities.
• Collaborate on NEC/rail contract commercials.
