CRL Contracts Ltd is seeking a proactive Recruitment, Compliance & Accreditation Administrator to support recruitment, onboarding and accreditation activities across civil, rail and infrastructure projects in the UK.

You will maintain databases, verify CSCS and Network Rail Sentinel credentials, manage RISQS/FORS/ISO records, coordinate training and document controls, and liaise with operatives, clients and site teams to ensure compliance and deployment readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment administration, compliance or accreditation.
• Familiarity with CSCS verification and Network Rail Sentinel.
• Understanding onboarding and right-to-work checks.
• Experience with accreditation schemes like RISQS, FORS, ISO standards is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.

Responsabilités

• Assist with recruitment administration, candidate sourcing and registration of operatives.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of available operatives, qualifications and records.
• Verify CSCS, CPCS, NPORS and other industry competency cards.
• Check and monitor Network Rail Sentinel records, including PTS and medicals.
• Coordinate London Underground and TfL certifications where applicable.
• Monitor expiry dates and arrange renewals and refresher training.
• Coordinate onboarding, right-to-work checks, background screening and documentation.
• Maintain PAYE worker documentation and assignment details.
• Liaise with operatives, training providers, clients and site management for compliance.
• Support workforce mobilisation by confirming qualifications and authorisations for assignments.
