Job summary

Amulet is seeking a Rail Ambassador in Banbury to supervise daily rail operations, lead security incident responses and ensure smooth contract performance. You will manage rostering, staff welfare, and relationships with customers and stakeholders to uphold service quality.

The role requires SIA Door Supervisor Licence, a valid UK driving license, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams on-site within the rail environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day rail operations and staff.
• Lead on security incidents and emergencies; coordinate evacuations as needed.
• Oversee rostering, training, holidays, and pay queries.
• Liaise with customers, management, contractors and site tenants for smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot site issues and escalate as required to the Amulet Line Manager.
• Carry out welfare visits to staff and report concerns statistically.
• Mobilise deployments across the client network per requirements.
• Ensure compliance with instructions, risk assessments and safety policies.
