Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join the Radiology Reception team. You will manage patient access and bookings, acting as the first point of contact for patients attending Radiology services across Essex and surrounding areas.

The role involves handling a busy appointment system, coordinating bookings by phone, and supporting the team with reception duties. Full training will be provided, with weekend rosters and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• The role provides administrative support including bookings clerk and reception duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate computer appointment system for patients.
• Book appointments over the telephone and manage cancellations and rebookings.
• Work as part of the Radiology Admin Team across sites including Broomfield, Braintree and Maldon.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
