Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Full-Time Radiology Receptionist to join our Radiology Department. The role supports patient flow, accurate data entry into EPIC and ICE, and general administrative duties in a busy, patient‑facing environment.

You will work as part of a friendly radiology team across Wexham Park Hospital and satellite sites, providing a courteous, professional service while contributing to smooth day‑to‑day operations and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous reception duties.
• Customer care/dealing with the public face to face or by telephone.

Responsibilities

• Provide an efficient and effective service to patients and staff.
• Maintain a customer care approach at all times.
• Support government, trust and department quality initiatives.
• Encourage feedback as part of quality initiative.
• Maintain high standards of the department and contribute to team objectives.
• Communicate with patients and staff clearly and empathetically.
• Input patient details into Radiology Information System EPIC accurately.
• Handle telephone enquiries discreetly and professionally.
• Liaise with GP practices and hospital staff.
• Cover gaps in rota and travel to satellite sites as needed.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure smooth workflow.
