Responsibilities

• Manage the radiology booking system and process appointment requests accurately.
• Explain non-clinical pre-scan instructions clearly to patients.
• Plan and manage staff calendars and maximise booking slots.
• Handle daily workload and non-clinical admin duties in line with Trust guidelines.
• Record DNAs and ensure compliance with department protocols.
