Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust's Radiology Department is seeking a part-time bookings officer (Band 3) to book and coordinate outpatient appointments across multiple Trust sites, manage waiting lists, and handle telephone and email enquiries.

The role includes data entry into EPIC and ICE, supporting performance targets, and providing a welcoming, professional service while covering radiology reception desks when required.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths pass or equivalent.
• Experience in a busy environment, public-facing, hospital setting.
• Proficient with hospital IT systems (EPIC and ICE).

Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate outpatient appointments across multiple Trust sites.
• Book patient appointments from waiting lists.
• Make and receive appointment calls with patients.
• Respond to telephone and email enquiries.
• Reschedule and cancel appointments at short notice.
• Liaise with patients, clinical teams and stakeholders.
• Input data into EPIC and ICE systems.
• Provide a welcoming and professional service to patients and visitors.
