Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process radiology scan requests and book patient appointments according to Trust protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide high-quality patient-facing service.
• Rotate through Ultrasound, MRI, CT, X-ray, and related areas to support scheduling needs.
• Monitor appointment slots, manage breaches, and liaise with clinicians and managers.
