Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a friendly Clerical Officer for Radiology Booking Services at multiple sites. You will greet patients, support booking of appointments, answer queries and ensure letters are sent.

You’ll work in a front-of-house role across Royal Preston Hospital, Chorley Hospital and Preston Healthport, with a 4.30pm–8pm shift pattern. Full training provided; experience in admin is welcomed but not essential.

Competenze

• Experience in admin is beneficial but not essential.
• Friendly and approachable with good communication.
• Able to support booking of appointments and basic data tasks.

• Demonstrate an approachable, courteous appointment service to patients and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle data accurately on Trust systems.
• Answer calls and liaise with departments to progress queries.
• Organise post, typing letters, and filing when required.
• Greet patients at front of house and support with bookings.
