Job summary

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
• Customer Care NVQ or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Make appointments following imaging service pathways.
• Register patients on Trust systems and update details as needed.
• Enter referrals onto Radiology Information System with waiting list codes.
• Schedule urgent and routine appointments to meet diagnostic targets.
• Handle general appointment queries with professionalism.
• Liaise with wards and departments to arrange patient transport and prep.
