Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Banbury is seeking a Radiology Administration Clerk to support the Cancer pathway through efficient appointment bookings and data entry. The role is based at Horton General Hospital, with a focus on fast, compassionate patient service within the NHS Faster Diagnosis Standard.

You will handle patient bookings, maintain CRIS/EPR records, and liaise with referrers and clinical staff to ensure timely investigations and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience handling radiology appointments and protocols is preferred.
• Proficiency with hospital booking and patient flow processes.
• Good communication with patients and clinical teams.

Responsabilités

• Book diagnostic investigations and procedures for patients.
• Monitor and expedite urgent requests within cancer pathways.
• Update patient details in CRIS/EPR and other systems.
• Coordinate notes and results with other hospitals when required.
• Provide general administrative support to clinicians and patients.
