Responsibilities

• Book diagnostic investigations and expedite referrals within the FDS timeframe.
• Monitor urgent requests to prevent breaches and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate filing and update CRIS/EPR systems with patient information.
• Communicate with referrers, patients and clinical staff to answer queries.
• Coordinate notes from other hospitals as pathways require.
