Job summary

Britbet, a racing betting partnership, is hiring Customer Service Assistants to work with our betting team at racecourses across the country. You would choose your local racecourse as your home course and join regional teams serving guests in public, restaurant and hospitality areas.

We offer full paid training, a path to advance into more interesting roles on course, and competitive hourly pay with holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service skills - experience preferred.
• Excellent Cash Handling skills - experience preferred.
• Honest and reliable team members.
• Commitment to understanding betting product knowledge.
• Drivers/keen travellers - preferred not necessary.
